At WEARBAAZ, our products are made on demand and carefully prepared before being shipped to you. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, delivery, and tracking.

Order Processing

As our products are produced on demand, orders require processing and production before dispatch.

Most orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within approximately 2–3 business days. Processing times may occasionally be longer during sales, holidays, high-order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery within India generally takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location, PIN code, courier availability, and shipping method.

Therefore, most orders can generally be expected within approximately 4–8 business days from the date the order enters processing, although this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Certain remote or less-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time. Where delivery is handled through India Post, delivery may take approximately 3–15 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable locations within India.

Delivery availability may depend on your PIN code and the courier services available in your area.

If your location cannot be serviced through the standard courier network, an alternative delivery service may be used where available.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the order, delivery location, shipping method, promotions, or other applicable conditions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

COD availability will be shown during checkout when applicable. Some locations may support prepaid delivery but not Cash on Delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, you may receive tracking details through the contact information provided with your order.

Tracking updates are provided by the applicable courier partner and may occasionally take some time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, natural events, high shipment volumes, or restrictions affecting a delivery location.

We appreciate your patience if your shipment experiences an unexpected delay.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact number when placing an order.

Please carefully check your delivery information before completing your purchase.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer was unavailable or could not be contacted, or the shipment was refused, the package may be returned to origin.

If reshipping is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.

Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

Courier partners may make delivery attempts according to their individual procedures.

An order may be returned to origin if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer being unavailable or unreachable, refusal of delivery, or other delivery-related circumstances.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect product, please follow the requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within the applicable reporting period.
